At our second meeting of the year (10/02), WiSTEM Skyped with Zach, our liaison with WISER (a nonprofit that provides healthcare and education to girls in rural Kenya). Zach talked about his role in WISER, what is WISER, Hilary (a WISER senior supported by WiSTEM with an annual donation of $3000), and education opportunities for girls in Kenya.
