Our mission is to foster the interest of female students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics; to provide role models and mentors of professional women scientists, engineers, and mathematicians; to create a forum of discussion and support for further education in the sciences; and to educate the community at-large about gender issues in the sciences.

We achieve our goals by arranging guest lecturers to promote awareness, holding technical workshops for the community led by female scientists, and creating a network of female mentors and Harker alumni in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. ​

 

We value individuality, intellectual curiosity, and respect, promoting leadership and service to fulfill our goals at the personal, group, and community level.
